Good for short stays.
My experience with this hotel was very good. It is located at the center of the city where you can find a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping malls whithin 5 minutes walking distance. On the other hand, although my room was with balcony but still couldn’t view anything but the surrounding buildings! There is a Spa and Jim but no swimming pools! Also, the hotel has one restaurant/ coffee shop only.

Close to town
This hotel is a walking distance from a shopping street and town center. It is easily accessible from the airport by a bus.

Good Location for Shopping
I booked this hotel because i spent the last two days in Mallorca in Palma to do a little shopping. Therefore the location was good. My room looked a little bit out of fashion but was clean. Overall I had the impression that the public areas (Entrance hallways etc) where more designed than the rooms. You can see this fact also on the pictures they have on the page. I booked the room whitout breakfast. But the have the Option for Euro 10 to have Breakfast from a buffet which is ok.
