Cheap, clean sleep
I just needed a room for sleep for two nights in that area of the city. Dunkin Donuts & coffee was fine for breakfast. Old motel operated with no preventive maintenance.

When we arrived,air conditioner off and room smelled dank, but improved when we turn the air conditioner on. Our room was located under a stairway, no view, heavy traffic on road (main road)and difficult to exit left against traffic. Very small size bath towels. Toilet took more than 1 flush.
