Very dissatisfied
I was very dissatisfied with America’s Best Value Inn and Suites. Upon my arrival, there were several shady characters in the parking lot hanging out and smoking. I checked the address 3 times to make sure this is the hotel I selected. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe as it is poorly lit and only 1 lock on the door. The room was filthy. The carpet had not been cleaned in ages and the edges of the it had not been vacuumed in months. The toiletries were merely small packets of shampoo and no lotion to be found on the premises. I will not stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
