A nice place to stay
The hotel is very nice and good value. It was clean, quiet with friendly/helpful staff. It is close to the subway and train station. It is within walking distance to restaurants, including McDonald’s, and shopping. I had no complaints.

good convenient hotel for a short stay
overall a good experience for a short stay. the complimentary drinks/light snacks at the lobby were useful. the free internet in the lobby is on just one desk top and the mouse never worked. kind of gave you a feeling that you are being indirectly forced to pay for internet in the room.

Decent American Hotel in the heart of Milan.
Being an american hotel, it has the basic comforts such as coffee station in the rooms, mini bar and high speed internet connection availability. However, some of the rooms have outdated decor, and internet connection fees are too steep. Very limited room service choices and the thin walls allows for sounds from other rooms to be heard.
