Worst stay ever
Hotel is in a good location and appears very clean and modern but service is dreadful. Checked in room and went to room and room was warm, told desk about AC not working and no one seemed to care and later that night the AC dripped water all night sort of like a water torture. Spoke to desk again the next morning and was told that they would work on it. Later that day the AC was fixed but not cold but at least not working. I would not stay there again, there are many other hotels to stay at nearby and they are much cheaper.

Good value
Hotel is close enough to the beach and the train station to be very convenient, and is a good value. The hotel has air conditioning, which is also good. The woman at the front desk the first night was very nice and extremely helpful. Overall I liked the hotel, and would recomend staying there. It is a little further away from old town, maybe a ten minute walk, and that is the area you want to be in at night.

Do not stay here if you value your sanity
This hotel left a lot to be desired. I am not a very picky person but I do have a problem with a room w/a horrid stench due to a malfunctioning AC unit. No one would acknowledge it. Your shouldn’t take a shower and then have to reshower moments later due to heat. The continental breakfast was lacking. The lift was broken and we had to go up 50 stairs to get to our room. There are much better choices. I would recommend a 4-5 star hotel unless you like to suffer. This hotel ruined two days of a good vacation. I would not let me worst enemy stay here.
Traveler's tip
If you want to enjoy your time in Nice find a better hotel. The staff here is not friendly. Nothing works.
