I’ll Be Back
I found the Mariott’s Residence Inn Central, Colo.Sprgs. to be perfect for my lodging needs. The rooms are large enough, very nicely layed-out, with good decor and those extra things i.e., just the right reading lamps, wonderful cherry-wood desk/table, adequate storage space etc. The service was good, I’ll be looking for these hotels when I travel.
Traveler's tip on shopping
There is a very good,large mall about 8 miles N of Residence Inn-Central. Also, learn the cross Hwys for I-25 for easy access to places like Manitou Springs, a personal favorite and the Trading Post @the Garden of the Gods. The T. P. has some wonderful, original craft art including jewelry.

Very clean & comfortable
Room was super clean, modern, warm, and the bed was really comfortable. Also, very nice breakfast area with a warm fire place. Only minus was lack of drawer space and a lack of hooks in bathroom for hanging.
