the free shuttle cost me $17
We picked this hotel because it had a free shuttle to and from the airport. We waited for 2 hours and it never came. Then we found out the free shuttle was a cab that they call for and pay for.After the ordeal to finally get there, we were treated rudely and I had to pay my own way back to the airport because our flights were 4 hours apart. Before coming we were told that was O.K. Never again!

Nice Holtel and Great Price
We stayed three nights and found the room to be comfortable, clean, and a great deal. Finding the Hotel was a little tricky but doable. The breakfast left a little to be desired, not bad but could include more fruits, etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway 101 to get into San Fran. Free parking was a big issue for us. I will drive the 10 minutes to save $40 for parking.

There are dining establishments near the hotel. If you have a GPS system, you will be able to navigate to the locations easier. There are two Costco stores within a few miles of the hotel (gas/groceries).
