Nice Place, Easy In & Out
The Residence Inn in Springdale is right next to the Northwest Arkansas convention center which makes it convient for business trips. The hotel is located next to a full service resteraunt as well. The room was clean and food was better than average.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
From Northwest AR airport proceed to highway 71, go south toward Fayetteville. Exit in Springdale at highway 412. Turn left (east) and turn right at first light which is S. 48th street. Hotel just down on the right. Get your gas at the station by the hotel. It’s cheaper than on the way to the airport. There are few gas stations on route to airport coming from Springdale.

Adequate but expensive
This is an older hotel that has become a little shabby. For the price it is not a good deal. Rooms are livable but not nice. Some mildew in the bathroom, some stains on the carpet and furniture. Service is adequate but not great. The hotel is layout is odd with the elevator at one far end, depending on where you are put you may have a very long walk with your luggage. The ’breakfast’ was pretty much a total loss, but there are restaurants not too far.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Try to get a room on the top floor as the walls and ceilings are paper thin. Otherwise you will be listening to the people above you all night.
