Should be renamed a motel
The name ’sheraton’ is highly misleading. The rooms are small, the staff are unhelpful (and make no attempt to help you with your bags), and the bar closes early and doesn’t serve food late. We arrived around ten after a long flight and were unable to get food or a drink (whether at the bar or via room service), and resorted to walking to the travelodge nearby to get both at a reasonable price. Furthermore, the bus which takes you from SFO to the hotel arrives very infrequently, whereas all the other hotels around the airport seem to arrive three times as often. If you are considering staying here, I urge you to pay a little more (not much more at all) and stay at a Hyatt or a Hilton.

Convenient for airport
A comfortable three star hotel that is really convenient for the airport. My wife and I had loads of luggage and were pleased that a free shuttle was available to the hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was exceptional. We would probably not use this hotel for a long stay in San Francisco but is perfectly fine for a short stay. Good value and would have no hesitation using again.
