Terrible
It was very terrible while I was at the suite. First, they mistook about payment. Although I said that I had already paid through Expedia, they double checked, and I noticed that after 5 days. When I called the suite to talk about the double check, they never said sorry to me and very unkindness. Second, I asked if they have extra mirrors, because there was only one mirror in room, they really were not willing to help me and just said that "You can buy it". Consequently, the hotel’s member was unkindness and terrible. They never say "We are sorry" to customers.

Great for longer stay
I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times now for long-stay (2 weeks or more) business trips and find it to be very comfortable for my needs. The rooms are clean and generally quiet unless you are facing Aviation Blvd. and like to have your window open. Full kitchenette is very handy to avoid eating out all the time. Full housekeeping service is once a week with room refresh two days a week. Only three complaints: 1.) Free high speed internet access is wired, not wireless. 2.) Even when you have "Do not disturb" on your door, if it is your day for housekeeping, you will get a phone call in the late afternoon. I’d prefer not to be disturbed at all. 3.) This sounds funny but coffee setup in lobby is in illogical order so can be like playing Twister with other guests to get a cup of coffee (arrangement is: garbage can, cups, coffee urns, then sugar/cream packets...garbage should be next to sugar/cream packets).
Traveler's tip for business travelers
It is a relatively safe area, close to I-405, restaurants, drug store, grocery, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and office supply stores. Since the internet access is not wireless, bring a long Ethernet cable if you don’t like to be tied to the desk when using your laptop.
