Tiny Pool
Hotel pool was extremely small and very cold. Jacuzzi was out of order. The day before checkout, I called front desk and requested a late check out. They told me I could check out at 1:30 pm. The next day my phone rang, it was the front desk stating I was late for check-out. I explained in great detail my conversation with the front desk clerk the day before, and they would not honor my 1:30 pm check out. I had to rush around and get out then. There a many hotels in this immediate area, they should have honored the original promise since I had called 24 hours in advance.

Very nice area and town. The Fort Wayne Zoo is excellent!!!!!!!

Disappointed
The services that they said they offered were not available. Such as pillows, HBO, and 11 channels you couldn’t get at all plus others did not coincide with the channel schedule. The room showed wear and tear. The towels were VERY thin.

Nice Place to Stay
It was nice. My only issue was the coffee cups and the lids didn’t fit each other.
