Good location- small room
Location was good but room was on the small side; however, it did have a small balcomy with a good view. Shower and deep tub!

Location, location
Hotel was a good value for the price. The room is Typical European size. We were on the second floor over the pedestrian walkway and a street cafe but the noise was not a problem. The hotel is nicely located near the top of the pedestrian and close to the main square. The only negative is the overpriced "medieval" restaurant connected to the hotel. The breakfast was good but dinner was overpriced and the fish not very fresh. There are better places to eat close by.
Traveler's tip on dining
Go to "Blusyne" on a side street off the main square. Great atmosphere and good Thai food. Small bar in front and cozy outdoor dining area in the rear. Very friendly staff.

Lovely Breakfast
really great breakfast, with fresh fruit, bilinis, artisian bread, great coffee, etc. in an old historic room, loved it!

Great location! Very professional staff.
This is my 3rd year staying at Europa Royale Vilnius. I always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and confortable. The location is great too...in the heart of Old Town. There are so many places of interest a walk away. I can’t wait to go back to Vilnius and enjoy my stay at this hote. p.s The included breakfast is beyond continental, it offers some traditional local faire.

Good prices for a 4 star hotel. The location is perfect; the heart of old town. In addition, their breakfast will satisfy many tastes, and it is included!

Nice location
Hotel would be very nice, if we did not have several issues during the stay. First, be careful with the room type offered to you upon arrival. We booked 2 deluxe rooms 2 months in advance (showed on pictures huge rooms with arch windows). But, we were offered one room as on the picture located on 4th floor, and the second - a standard tiny room on the first floor with parking cars looking at to small windows! We changed the room after an argue with reception, and we were offered a suite for 1 night. Second issue - avoid to stay in suite on winter! Suite is very nice with paronamic windows, but is does NOT have a central heating! The temperature was +15 in the room! Thanks to warm blankets - we did not catch the cold! Third issues - cleanliness. If you are craze about cleanliness, it is not your hotel. It is cleaned, but not perfectly! Except that, I would say the hotel was nice, with helpful staff and great location.

If you are a lady, don’t forget your ID, even you look elder than 25 y.o, otherwise you may be not permitted to enter some night clubs.

great location
Our room was very small with extremely uncomfortable bed. Bell boy was very busy playing with his cell phone. it is a four star hotel with 3 star service. i have to add that breakfast was great and location was perfect for tourist. there are many hotels in this area so i would try different in future

Great place to stay in the centre of old Vilnius
Booked for a 5 day stay from Friday through Tuesday and got great rates for a 4 star hotel. Was pleasantly surprised by efficient hotel staff who had our booking and keys ready when we arrived. Room was very comfortable and clean. Only issue was the absence of a fan in the bathroom meant the room got steamy and was affecting the ceiling paint. Being in the old part of town there was less traffic so very quiet as it is tucked away on a dead end street so no drive through traffic. Buffet breakfast the next morning was fantastic with a selection of breads, cereals, juices, yoghurt, cooked food, selection of cold meats and cheeses and smoked salmon. Our breakfasts each morning set us up for the day. We also had dinner at the hotel and received complimentary desserts. The location for tourists was great, right next to the Gates of Dawn and close to lots of other historical sites. Happy to stay again and was delighted with the value for money. Even celloist Yo Yo Ma stayed there.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Trakai castle is about 50 minutes by bu plus a very pleansant 2km walk from the bus station. Restored 12th century castle set on an island reached by 2 bridges. Also rowboats, pedalloes and yachts for hire on the lake.
