hotel not up to speed
The building and furnishing looks tired and worn. Vaccuming might help to the overall comfort factor. This the second time I looked at the condition of the hotel and noticed that they don’t Vaccume any where on the guest floors. The rooms and corridors were in need of a good cleaning.

Perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, including Ritz and W
The level of service at this hotel was above and beyond anything I’ve experiences in the states. Kudos to the management for ensuring such consistently great service!
Traveler's tip on dining
Try the seabass at USS Nemo’s in Naples. The best fish I’ve ever tasted, tied with the curried tuna at Wild Ginger in Seattle.
