Practically perfect!
This hotel is not the Four Seasons, but it was clean and comfy and in a great location. We had a 2bdr/2bath apartment and were very happy for our whole week in Melbourne. The best part was the washer and dryer!

A free tram circles the cbd, allowing you to get to all the attractions in the city without expanding your carbon footprint!

Pretty OK
The hotel was nice. Had a great view. One night there was a huge party going on in the room next door: lound music, women screaming, etc. Had to call reception at midnight. After the call the music was shut down, but the loud party continiued until +/- 4 AM. Also; had to make a late checkout by one hour. The reception had to charge me a houerly rate for late checkout. I found it anoying. Additionaly. Internet access was outrageously expensive and pretty slow for the price. Besides this, very nice.

It was a good budget hotel
The staff and service was great. The location was okay, a good 20 minute walk to the main areas of the city. It was a nice layout of a 2 bedroom, 2 bath family style apartment hotel. For the money, the hotel was a good choice. The kitchen could have been stocked with more supplies and the hallways could have been a bit cleaner. The lobby and rooms were clean.
