a long walk
I booked two rooms for the weekend and they were on opposite ends of the hotel. when i mentioned it to the front deck they replied "it is not like you are going to sleep together". We were with friends and it was a bit of an incovenience going back and forth. Also new carpet in the hallways would do wonders for the smell and look of the place.

Nice Hotel
The hotel room had a kitchen, fireplace and pull out sofa. Would be a great spot with the kids.

Worth 3 Stars.
The ocean front location of this timeshare/ hotel is its best selling point. We sunned on the beach and deck during the day, We walked on the beach at sunset and cuddled in front of the fireplace at night. The bed could have been better the blankets softer and the porch a little bigger and more private. Nice for a romantic getaway, although, the walls are a bit thin and you can definately hear people outside your room in the halls trying to sell units in the morning which doesnt exactly lend itself to a relaxing vacation. Some of the front desk people are friendly some are more typical New Englanders, a little cold. Decent price for what you get but expect to drive everywhere to eat, shop etc. as there is not much nearby except more resorts and of course lots of ocean.
