"Customer Service makes all the difference"
This is a wonderful hotel. I had come down with a friend to catch the Texas-UCF game and this hotel was only 10 miles from campus and relativly inexpensive. I didnt know that I would be getting my monies worth, and then some. The hotel is beautiful and spacious and extremly clean and tiddy. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we did not feel cramped. The thing that stuck out most to me was the customer service I received during my entire stay, not just at check in and check out. EVERYONE was friendly and helpful, especially a young lady at the front desk named Nadia. They were never to busy to point out directions or line up a cab for us. Make sure to stop by the bar and order some of their incredible food that is very reasonably priced and delicious. I will definatly be going back to this hotel for my next stay!!

Our pick for ACL
Compared to other hotels in the area with similar rates, this one was the best value by far. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and it only took 10 minutes to get downtown, which is where we wanted to be.

Excellent location!
Located at the heart of Austin. The staff was superb, rooms as you might expect from Marriot. Food and drinks were pricey, but of the highest quality. A minor inconvenience was the slow and noisy elevators; except for that, I highly recommend this hotel.

Wired and wireless internet access widely available, but to get the most of it, don’t rely on the hotel computers, better bring your own PC.
