great hotel
Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff. Spacious room and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, they even had kielbasa and babka (traditional Polish). Great location.

Fantastic experience
We had a fantastic experience with this hotel - the price, location, breakfast, service everything was excellent. We got in pretty late because this hotel is within the green belt and it took us a while to figure out the roads but the staff was helpful with the parking etc. This is a little gem - one of our Krakowian friend’s hadn’t heard of this one, but now they know. We loved it.

No laundry service
Two problems with this hotel. Although hotel description listed laundry service they did not offer it, I would not have stayed there had I known that. Also, the room they gave me faced the street and was directly across from an all night music club that operates until 3:30am in the morning making it difficult for me to sleep even though I was on the 4th floor.
