Wonderful Shuttle Service to Busch Gardens
Although our stay was brief with Embassy, it was very pleasant. They have an awesome breakfast and their shuttle system is fantastic. We never waited any more than 15 minutes at any given time for our trip to Busch Gardens and out to dinner. The interior lobby is quite impressive. We found mostly everyone there on the staff was very polite and helpful. The afternoon lobby shift could have learned something from the morning shift with politeness. The location is great.... I will come back again.

Just shy of perfedt
The staff was helpful and friendly... especially the bellhops and shuttle drivers. The food was good. The room service was quick. My only complaints are that the air conditioner is so loud you have to turn it off while you watch TV and that the head of the bed was slightly lower than the foot of the bed. The rooms were quiet but I wouldn’t recommend a room on the second floor since that’s where the conference rooms are located; too much foot traffic.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Don’t waste your time with the Science and Industry museum just down the road. Over half of the exhibits were broken and there was nothing there to warrant the work "industry" in the title.
