Comfort Suites Norwich
Let me start by saying that the staff was wonderful. They are handicapped by obvious budget issues and poor oversight. The heater in the pool was broken. Not a big deal, but a bit of a heart breaker for my 5 year old. No discount on the room was offered. It was one of the primary reasons for choosing this hotel. The beds are small. Hindsight - would have chosen a hotel with two queens instead. This is on us for choosing it, but be aware that the beds are SMALL for two people. You’ll be cozy. The Shower head needed to be replaced. Staff was very prompt about this, so no real complaint there, except it’s another example of the state of things. The "free" internet is unusable unless it’s 3am. I have no issues if there were NO internet, but it’s advertised and obviously not built for any kind of capacity.

Very disappointed
We stayed overnight in the room, there was no shower curtain and the toilet was clogged. We called and someone arrived with a shower 40 minutes later; we were only given an addl 30 minutes to check out.

My room was nightmare. TV system did not work, dryer was broken and bathroom was not so clean.
