Positive Experience
We both enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is in walking distant to the Underground and made getting around easy. If ever in in the area we would stay there again.

Good deal, would stay there again :-)
Staff was friendly, place is close to tube/trains, room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like, is that we could hear a lot of noise from the outside where are room was located. I think I could have just asked for another room, but i was just running around so much and was tired to go and switch rooms. But overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent location and dependable chain hotel
Hotel and staff were nice. Excellent location to downtown London. Tube station was 12 min. walk...not too bad for adults but was a little challenging with small kids after a whole day of walking. Family pub was right beside the hotel that we frequented. The pub had kids meals at reasonable prices. Hotel room was nice but very small. Thought we were getting 2 double beds but room came with 1 double bed and 1 pull out sofa. This left no room for 4 pieces of luggage so we had to stack the cases. Bathroom was clean but not stocked with supplies as usual. This room only had a shower no tub. The only AC was in the general areas downstairs. At night we opened the window but there was street noise. Overall the room was good, felt safe in the area and it did come with a free breakfast for the kids. Breakfast consisted of pastries, juice, some fruit and a variety of cheeses. Would we stay there again? Yes, but I’d ask for a larger room and also recommend staying during the cooler time of the year.
Plow and Harrow family pub was excellent. Shopping near for groceries, toiletries and clothes.
