Need new towels
This hotel needs work as Ut does not live up to the Holiday Inn Express standards. The rear entrance door from the parking lot was broken and did not latch let alone lock, so we did not feel as though the hotel was secure. Once we were in our room, we discovered what we can only presume was a filthy cleaning rag left in the roomI by housekeeping. The towels in our bathroom were worn and frayed and at least one towel had a large hole/rip in it. We expect more from Holiday Inn Express.
