Not what we expected.
We reserved two rooms which were supposed to be next to each other with refrigerators, and breakfast was supposed to be included with the room price. One room was supposed to be free of feathers due to an allergy of one person in our party. At first the desk clerk gave us two rooms without refrigerators, one which was already occupied by someone else. Eventually we got one room with a refrigerator, but the feather pillows had not been removed. At breakfast they tried to charge us for each person’s breakfast until we argued the point that it was supposed to be included. Our beds were extremely soft causing us to have backaches. Also, at first glance the room appearred clean, but the coffeemaker in the room had a dark dried-up syrupy substance in the bottom and the cups had not been washed. The hotel was not as advertised and security is questionable. We won’t be staying there again.

Typical Courtyard - Good Staff
This was your typical Newer Courtyard with a good staff. Make sure to try the pizza place (starts with a P) down the street. Its a local joint and they will deliver to the hotel. Tell them the Chicago Wedding Crew sent you.

Short one night stay very efficient
Made reservation 2 days in advance through expedia. No food or drink inside hotel, but clean, easy to use, convenient, no smoking.
