Value for money!
Great location when you finally find the hotel. Croydon is a nightmare of one way systems. Free underground parking for guests - a big plus! Booked an Executive Room on top floor. Nice room and bathroom, but decor cold modern, bland - lacking color and cosyness - almost institutional feel. Bottled water and bathrobe, plus good air conditioning. Instant coffee granules instead of individual filter bags which was dissapointing for 4 star hotel - executive standard. Executive lounge on top floor sparse, internet service unavailable, a few bruised apples in the fruitbowl, out of date news paper - not good. Reception staff could not get that particular pc up and running all two days of my stay ... had to use public pc in the lobby area. Hotel -Leisure center, clean and efficient, most facilities available. -Bar open until early hours. -Restaurant good value.

Well located for easy access by British Rail from East Croydon Station (3 min walk from hotel)to Central London about 15 mins, London Gatwick Airport about 20 mins and South Coast 30-40 mins. Hotel located right on the edge of Croydon’s business district, easy walking distance to most office blocks and shopping centers.
