I didn’t see the 4 stars at all

I stayed in this hotel because of the location and it looks nice in the photos. Well, the location is convenient, but the hotel was discusting, the service bad, the room extra small (I couldn’t bend down in the shower to wash my feets!!) and the A/C was broken. I complained about the AC everyday and they never did anything about it.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Don’t choose a hotel that doesn’t have breakfast included, otherwise, if you want to have breakfast in the hotel, you will have to pay about 20 euros for a continental breakfast.

Nice room and staff

The first day i arrived i got a small room with inside of the building view and i was not happy, then i asked to be moved to another room and the next day i got a big, nice and cozy room on the lobby floor. They even have free wi-fi, which is nowadays very unusual in Europe. I was happy, thanks.

Nice place

The Turner is conveniently located on the edge of the downtown historic district with easy access to buses and the subway. The hotel itself is beautiful with marble staircases, statues and such. My only complaint was the the air conditioning leaves something to be desired.
