Calm and clean
Calm and clean condo style rooms. The ski lift and town are not in walking distance, you need to take a free shuttle bus

Lovely apartment
We are not used to bunk beds. Kept banging my head on the lower bunk. The upper bunk bed does not have a guard rail. Should have twin beds in there. The master bedroom and the apartment are lovely. Did not use much of the hotel facility. The hotel looks very nice and quiet in a lovely area. Parking is free. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Disappointed
We’ve been staying with Horstman for over 10 years through summer and winter seasons. However, we’ve notice over the past couple of stays it has been going downhill. During this stay we arrived to find the pool and hot tub closed, the dvd player did not work, the fireplaces were turned off, the shower was plugged. These are all the amenities we look for when you are in the mountains and you are cold and wet after outdoor activities. Couldn’t get warm in the hot tub, by the fire or in the shower. To top it off, when we mentioned these things to Horstman staff, their attitude was "too bad". Very unusual for the people at Whistler. We will be looking for a different place to stay.
