Strong urine smell in room.
After traveling for 12 hours from the West Coast and finding the hotel so full there was nearly no parking, I was distressed to climb two flights with all my luggage and find my room smelled worse than an old-school nursing home. Very overwhelming urine odor, as if a large amount had been there... And I was so exhausted, I just gave up and went to sleep. Pretty miserable.

Would not do another Extended Stay
My father has stayed in another Extended Stay and loved it, but this one was not up to par. They were not friendly, not very helpful, and it was not at all what I expected.

The Best Hotel ever for the price!
Found this hotel just by chance looking for a cheap place for one night and was surprised to get a "studio apt" for a wonderful low price! I’ll try this chain again for sure hoping in other places is similar.
