My experience at Turtle Rex Hotel
The hotel was good. The staff is not too kind. The swimming pool was lovely and the food was also good. It is a 15 minutes drive from Crownpoint.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
If you go to Tobago you have to go to "Pigeon Beach" and you have to take the boat with the glassfloor.

Good Stay in Tobago
Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and 2 year old son. The beach was great and my son enjoyed it since the beach was right outside our room. My wife who was not interested in local food was able to eat since the buffet is mixed. Pool was good for 2 yr old and infant.

Will never stay here again
I made a reservation for a Superior Sea-facing room with a king-sized bed. After initially being sent to a room being used as a storage closet for tools and old mattresses, I was given a room that looked like no one had even entered it in 6 months neither to clean nor to stay there. The towels which were once white were a dingy brown. My king sized bed was two twin beds pushed together and the sheets were disgusting. I called the reservations desk to let them know this was not what I requested nor paid for and they unapologetically told me that was all they had available. When I refused to accept that room, they then miraculously found me a somewhat cleaner room with a king sized bed. Exhausted and exasperated, I accepted and tried to make the best of the situation. The terrible customer service lasted my four days and three nights at this hotel and I cannot recommend it nor will I ever consider staying there again. Unfortunately, I had paid up front on Expedia - else I would have left from day 1.
