It’ a good place to stay if going to the coliseum
The hotel was good but had to ask for towels almost every day. Need a blanket there was none. Have stayed there before and never had a problem before. It is one of the better hotels in area.

The Ladies at the desk during check in and Check out were very friendly and nice, the room was great. no complaints

Will not go back!!!
First of all, when we arrived at our destination, we were disappointed to discover that the nonsmoking room we requested was in fact a smoking room. When we asked to move to a nonsmoking room, we were told there were none available. We would have left at that point, but there were no other rooms available at any other facilities nearby. So, needless to say, we had to stay and deal with the awful smell. Next, the carpet was filthy in the room and in the hall. The bed was hard, and you could actually feel the springs in the bed. Our friends, who stayed a few doors down, were greeted to their room with a dirty bathroom. Then there was the issue with the employees. When the maid came to clean the room, he took our towels and did not leave anymore. He did nothing to the room except take the used towels. At another point, someone that worked at the hotel just walked into our room without even knocking!!!! We knew this hotel was not located in the nicest area of town. We were aware of that, but it was close to a weekend event we were attending. Since it was a well known chain, we thought it would be okay. We were sadly mistaken. If we return to that event in the future, we will most certainly not stay at the Best Western Executive Inn in Jackson, Mississippi.
