Review
Hotel staff was a bit stiff. Having traveled much of the world, I am used to warmer reception. The rooms were great. The only problem was the noise. I was on the second floor and could hear every sound in the neighborhood. I had much problem sleeping due to this. Many hotels have double paned windows which helps alot.

Avoid this hotel!
Hotel personel is not friendly and helpful. I could not check in at 3:00 PM, because the room was not ready. They claim that they have fast internet connection, but this connection was not working properly. I could not work with it due to frequent interruptions. AND: This service was not free. I had to pay a huge amount next morning. Front desk did not care about my complains and just mentioned that they will inform the technical service. Room was not maintained in good condition but was moderatelly clean. I will not pick this hotel again.

Avoid this hotel in Istanbul!
I had a terrible experience at this hotel during my visit to Istanbul. I arrived to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready. I was asked to wait and missed my meeting at 3:30 at another hotel nearby. I bought wireless internet access after returning to the hotel in the evening (no free access provided) but the connection was very bad, with very frequent interruptions. I had to pay a huge amount for this very bad connection when I checked-out. The room was not maintained in good condition although it was moderately clean. The hotel staff was not friendly and helpful. Avoid this hotel if you plan to stay at Istanbul.
