You need a car if you’re going to stay in this hotel because the only thing it’s close to is the airport and a few restaurants. If you plan on spending time in the city, I would recommend staying elsewhere. The staff is awesome, and they made us feel very welcome on our stay. It was like being with friends.

Not impressed at all.

I’ll start out by saying that it’s a nice, clean hotel and the Salmon was really good in the American Grill downstairs. That’s all the positive I have. The gentleman at the front desk was polite but not helpful. As for my room, the bedside lamp didn’t work, the bedside phone had so much static I couldn’t hear, it was hot and I couldn’t get the temperature the way I wanted it, there was no local information book in my room to tell where I can eat, and housekeeping came knocking before 9am. That last one was my fault because I didn’t put the sign up, but I’m annoyed so it’s making it in here as well. Oh, and I can hear the person above me or beside me using the bathroom, that’s awesome!

I called for room service, within the designated times, and didn’t get an answer. Called the front desk for assistance and he just put me through to the same number that no one answered. I ventured down to the American Grill and was the only patron, besides a gentleman at the bar that wasn’t eating; the waitress/bartender/assistant cook was nice, but service was awful. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to order and she was so distracted by the man at the bar that it took forever to get my order. As for the food, the Salmon and salad was great!! The baked potato was so undercooked that I couldn’t cut in to it. Before I left the restaurant, a couple came in and the man sent his food back to the kitchen because it was so overdone. I would suggest venturing out to a real restaurant if your hungry...

Great Place!!

A great and clean place to stay. I would look to stay again when I return to this state. My stay was good and the people were nice. Only problem I had was the key card didn’t work on a couple of occassions but we got it solved.

More than enough

I was very pleased with the condition of the room when I arrived. The lcd tv was nice and I was able to connect to the WiFi easily. I only stayed one night but they made my trip a comfortable one. I will definitely return.

Friendly Staff

I enjoyed my recent stay and will stay here again next month when I return on business. I was especially pleased with the helpful front desk staff as well as the restaurant team. The breakfast each day was quite good as well.

Definitely get some crab cakes while in town. We went to G & M and were completely satisfied. Yum!

Nice hotel

The room was really nice and comfortable. The AC fan would not shut off for the 2 days that we were there and it got a little annoying. The staff was not the friendliest I’ve ever seen.

Overall a good stay

The hotel was great, comfy beds, clean, all the amenities we needed and wanted. Would go back again, eventually... Breakfast was not included.

The pool is rather small and supervised by a rather strict lifeguard. For a team of 12yo boys who wanted to play keep-away, she put a definant damper on play time. I’m not sure I understand why she was supervising when parents also had to be present. I am grateful she had lifesaving skills in case needed, but probably won’t go back until after kids are grown.

Unclean

The hotel was not clean at all I had ants in my room and when I changed rooms it I had hair all in my tub. Just disgusting.

Nice place

The facility had what we were looking for in the price we were willing to spend. The restaurant and bar on site along with the indoor pool were nice features. The shuttle service was also very convienient. We utilized the shuttle for dinner as well as our airport needs.

No problem

Clean, comfortable and quiet room, convenient shuttle to airport, AND they let me leave my car in their lot while I traveled. Good price, too. Perfect.

HIlton Garden Inn Review

My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn was amazing. I am a blind person who traveled on Business. Upon arrival the shuttle arrived on time, the driver made the way very enjoyable as he described the place to me. I was able to have early breakfast on Sunday the 21st at the restaurant at the hotel Lobby. The hotel service and the personel taking care of me at breakfast were amazing. When leaving I explained that my next stop would be in Scotland and that my visa was not sort out. the personel offered to do a reservation for me incase customs would not authorize my trip to Scotland. I left for Scotland where I stayed for three days on business and right now I am at home happy.

the shuttle for the Hilton Garden Inn is not listed in the airport. You need to bring their telephone number with you and call them to send the shuttle. Theres another Hilton hotel at BWI and their shuttle runs constantly. Even though is the same people. It is easy to get confused.

Hotel was in good condition, convenient to the inner harbor and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast.

Nice, quiet little hideaway by the airport

This hotel was great to me! Indoor pool and whirpool. Small exercise room. Complimentary Business Center and email access. And, a few good restaurants surrounding as well as inside the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. I would certainly go back there again.

The rooms were spacious and very nice, beds were extremely comfortable but they did seem a bit on the small side for a "queen" bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and courtious, always ready to help. The hotel is out of the way but the staff is very nice about taking you places via the hotel shuttle (within reason).

Mix up over dates of departure

I would recommend this Hotel it was very nice and comfortable.. We had a propblem with dates,We reserved the room from June 28th till July 4th (got our comformation) I even called the day before we left to confirm the dates. On our 4th day we had a receipt under the door,saying our checkout was the 2nd.I called down to the desk,and the girl told me no that wasn’t correct and I told her that I had my confirmation letter in my hand and she asked to see it.So I had to go down and show it to her,and she said okay,I will change it.Then the very next Morning the same thing.I called and said our check out is Tomorrow! And the guy said okay I will change it.It was really just frustrating to have to go thru that. Everything else was very nice.
