Good Business Hotel
Great business hotel. Central to everything, excellent river valley view. Close to City Hall, the Theatre, and City Centre. I didn’t use the parking, but with all the parking lots around, it’s hard to know whether the hotel provides parking or you are left to fend for yourself. The room was very clean, but the bed was horribly lumpy and hard. I’ve stayed at many other Courtyards and this was by far the worst in bed comfort.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
It’s a little out of the way, but a good recommended steak place would be The Keg, over on the south side of the river. It’s in an area called Whyte Avenue and lots of bars, pubs, and restaurants around there. In my opinion, better value for the money then say, Lux or Ruth Chris.

Location, Location and Free Breakfast!
This hotel sits overlooking the North Saskatchewan River and the valley, which creates a wonderful view of the area and the south side of Edmonton. The staff are wonderful and always looking to assist in your comfort. All this at a very reasonable price and breakfast is included. We enjoyed our stay in Edmonton and when visiting again will return to this Marriott hotel.

Quality hotel, right downtown. Staff were attentive and friendly. They had valet parking,which was good, but could have had better parking, if you didn’t like to use valet. Excellent hotel, and would recommend this hotel. Continental breakfast included
