Like Hotel but would not recommend it.
Very nice property however bad management and staff does not speak english. Whenever you travel front desk staff should speak english. Power went out every night but briefly. Raccones were everywhere after 6:00 PM looking for food and people feed them. They chased up away every evening from the pool. Squerells were in the dining room looking for food and the staff would feed them. Food was great on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, a wide veriety because the property was open to the locals on the weekend but during the week, veriety was much less and was basically the same each day.
Traveler's tip
A nice getaway however very difficult to get to. Not much goes on at this property, no activities but very nice nightly entertainment so if you are looking for just rest and relaxation then I would recommend this property.

Great Getaway
Good all inclusive. Friendly staff, beautiful location & setting, fun excursions. Excellent value. Good for a short to medium stay.

amazing
beautiful place, the outside is paradise. service was great, food was good ~el rancho sucked but the buffet was good. the rooms are standard, but every room offers a amazing view of the grounds. the bathrooms need a update but not terrible. def go on the trips off the resort, atving and tortuga island for snorkling is a must.
