The toilet got clogged and we asked for help. No one ever came - it was out last day.
I would not go back to this hotel.

Not great for the money
The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was fine, however for the price we were a little disappointed. The ocean view rooms really didn’t have a view, so save your money on that! Their "breakfast" consisted of coffee, juice and bread. We didn’t use the spa, but it was only open from 4pm-11pm. There’s a restaurant - we didn’t see one! Again, not a bad place to stay, IF it were $100/night cheaper.
Traveler's tip on dining
The Top Dog coffee shop on Main Street in Morro Bay was GREAT! Their drinks were wonderful, priced decently - their baked goods are baked there!!! They have internet access for a relatively low price. AND - their restrooms were clean!

Not Impressed
First, we got a room that the lock did not work so they gave us another room and the sliding door to the balcony needed a screw driver to open so I recommend you travel with hardware to fix around. "Ocean View" means view of some dude’s back yard and another dude’s rooftop. The "spa" was really dirty and barely warm. Rooms were big and comfortable and fairly clean and the staff were friendly. For the price I paid, there are much nicer and cleaner hotels in the same neighborhood. Will not stay here again.
