Time share not Hotel
I have never stayed at a time share hotel so maybe it’s common to not have your room cleaned or fresh towels to be brought to the room, but this was not for us. The bed was not bad but the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable.
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a little French restaurant called L’auberge that is amazing for Sunday brunch. It’s not cheap but worth the price.

Very Impressed
Had a wonderful time. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. Thank you to the staff and for the service that they provided for us.

Time share ptich
When we checked in, the desk clerk was very friendly until we courteously declined to take the time share sales tour. She was quite adamant that we needed to go on this tour. After explaining we owned a timeshare elsewhere, and didn’t want to spend our precious vacation time touring this property, she basically couldn’t get rid of us fast enough. Then when we had hauled our luggage to a second floor studio (which was fine) but we discovered we had been given the wrong key! They did get us another key quickly, but then we had to get another replacement key after we returned from dinner that evening!
Traveler's tip
Don’t believe the ads, that say you’ll have views of the red rocks at this resort. Only a small portion of units have views.
