Was not a good impression, and they made me feel bad !
The checking was right, very kind people, but at the casino, is wasn’t good. I asked for a beer, and 40 minutes later, the drink never came, I asked again, other 20 minutes and nothing, and when I talked to the supervisor, he sent me to the streets to buy my own beer !. in the middle of the discussion, he told me, that he was the boss in that department, and he was mad, because I was speaking Spanish with my friends and wife (they don’t speak English, and they are Dominicans). is not their business the language that I speak, that is personal I have the right to speak the language that I want !. Also the prices are too high, for example, I used 2 bottles of water, and a chewing gum, and I had to pay almost 30 bucks !, Imagine how much I have had paid for a club sandwich, is just insane. I don’t recommend it !

Great hotel and staff
This hotel was great: clean and good service. The only problem i found is there were not that many places to visit outside the hotel. Every thing is a taxi ride away which can be a little inconvenient.

If you stay at this hotel,visit ’Ariel Torpical’. It is a beautiful restaurant on a cliff, right by the ocean. It is five mins away by taxi.

Nice Hotel
This was I first time staying at this Hotel. My experince was great. The service was good. Nice location. Our view was so nice, we were able to see the sea. Rooms were clean. Our king size bed was very comfortable. I can’t tell you about the restaurant because my husband and I did not eat at the restaurant. But over all nice hotel.

There is a ballard around the corner walking distance. About 2 min. Nice place. There is also a batting cages there.

Good Experience
As an overall it was a good stay but I was dissapointed that I was not able to get access to office through the internet.

Go elsewere
Room had that "old roadside motel" odor and feeling. A/C did not work. Smoker oder on sheets! After heavy complaint got "upgraded" to more of the same with a view. Not a friendly staff at night.
