Hard to find; hard to get to

My overriding concern was about the location. It is very difficult to get to. The hotel staff person actually seemed irritated that I would mention such a thing, so maybe they hear it a lot.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel. The rooms are corfortable and clean, the breakfast is good, and the price is usually right.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. This was an excellent hotel choice and the price was very affordable. We will stay here whenever traveling to Omaha.

very nice hotel

Nice hotel but it is hard to find unless you know Omaha. Even our GPS got confused! More or better signs from the surrounding streets might help. Otherwise, it was worth it. Convenient location, clean and comfortable.

Omaha has a wonderful zoo!

Good deal

The hotel is centrally located and has alot of features. The complimentary breakfast was good but I wish they had more than two waffle makers. Beds were very comfortable and our room was very quiet. I’ll stay here everytime I visit Omaha.

Excellent stay, will go back

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, staff was good, breakfast had very nice selection. pool was small but still nice and clean. hot tub was nice as well. everything you need is close to hotel-mall, food, gas. Will definately return.

Friendly staff, convenient central location, and a good deal

Easy to park, convenience store just across the parking lot, staff explained directions very well. The Breakfast Room got us off to a great start each morning and it was nice to save money for special dinners. We felt really at home and relaxed after a day of shopping and sightseeing around the Omaha metro over spring break.

A fantastic shopping mall, Westroads, is just a mile away. Plan on spending most of the day shopping and eating at the Cheesecake Factory!

Nice place to stay

This is not a super fancy hotel, but it had everything we wanted. The hotel was clean, the queen sizedbeds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night- no loud kids running in the halls. The room was easy to adjust for comfort. The pool we nice as well as the hot tub. The breakfast included makes this a great value - especially when you have 4 teenage kids!! The only drawback is that the room size was clearly meant to have two double beds, not two queens - but I would give up floor space for bed space in a hotel any time.

A cozy haven after the storm

We were very impressed with this hotel. The 3 of us were really comfortable here. The young lady at the desk was welcoming and very helpful. It makes you feel good when someone greets you with a smile and friendly conversation after a terrible winter 12 hour drive. The room was great and the breakfast was way more than I expected. I give two thumbs up and will stay there again. Thank You.

Excellent motel--hard to get to

Hotel excellent conditions. Only complaint is that it is extremely difficult to get to. we drove by it many times before we found the correct exit.

Not a bad hotel

Hotel was pretty decent except shower did not drain and sink drain was broken so once it was closed it could not be opened. Of course, we did not find these things till the morning we were leaving. Guy at desk did not seem too concerned when we checked out and did not even apologize. Hotel is hard to find.

Hard to find, but good to find

as mentioned by others, it’s awkward to find for the first time. Needs better signage or some sort of better outlet.

Great value for the price

I got this room at an Expedia sale price and it was a great value for the price. I was glad a local resident showed me the way to my hotel the first time or I might have been driving around it for a while. The room was a good size and clean and the breakfast had all the good choices.

Very, very nice

This was a great motel, especially for the price. Very nice, quiet, clean. Not terribly fancy, but just what I was looking for. Just be sure that you pay attention to how to get there. It is easy to find the motel if you pay attention to the roads that look like parking lots.

I am looking forward to going back

My stay was great. The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The room was clean with the room tempature easy to regulate. The only bad thing I have to say is that the location is awful. We arrived last at night and had a difficult time finding the street to the hotel. We finally had to call for directions. The hotel staff did give clear and easy to follow directions though and we quickly arrived at the hotel.

Difficult to find

Although you can plainly see this hotel from the highway, getting to it is a nightmare. You wouldn’t suspect it, but you actually have to drive through the parking lots of surrounding businesses to get to the hotel’s parking lot. This is something that a first timer would not expect, so don’t waste your time driving around looking for a street that will take you to the hotel.

The place was clean and quiet. The pool was warm and the hot tub not too hot. Just right. It’s refreshing to not go into a pool and freeze.

The place is easy to see off of Dodge but getting there is like going into a maze of parking lots.

Always happy

We have stayed here a few times and are always happy. We have stsyed at allot of Motels in Omaha and this one is the best we have stayed in.

This can be hard to get to, But if you turn at the 109 exit there’s no problem

Comfortable, clean, friendly

As soon as we got in the door the staff’s friendliness was evident. Room was standard size and design and very clean and heater worked well and was QUIET! Easy parking. Will stay here again as everything was good. We were suffering from shell-shock, as the outside temp was -2f and we are from S. Florida - so don’t remember much else!

Loved it!

I loved the knights and palace theme carried throughout. The breakfast room was great! Lots of choices. Nice spacious, clean room where everything worked and was in good repair. Definitely a great value. I’d definitely go back. The only thing I would change is the cleaning products to non-toxic ones. I have allergies and I sensitive to strong chemical smells. I found the faciility difficult to find at first, but once I did, the location added to its charm.

Great hotel to stay in.

The Best Western hotel, had wonderful service, and the room was comfortable. It is located in a great spot, easy access to highway which will take to where ever it is that you are going.

It was ok

It was clean enough, but not the nicest hotel. The workout area was sad with equipment not working and housed in what was obviosuly a conference room. The location was nice. The price was ok. It just wasn’t a great place to stay.
