It was obvious that they cared about us.
The first night we had a room that was not quite up to par because the airconditioner had a moldy smell. The next morning when I spoke to them about it they immediatly and without any trouble assigned us another room that was perfect. I could tell that providing the best hospitality was their goal. The breakfast was nice and never over-crowded for us.
