can’t wait to go back
it was a great experience. the hotel is so elegant and beautiful. I was just disappointed about the jacuzzi tub. I wanted the bubble jet tub. but other than that it was great.

Great hotel
I took my two young boys here for a weekend retreat. The facility was excellent, they really liked the pool area. My only complaint would be the room service. Every time we ordered it took an hour and a half to get our food and it usually arrived cold.

Another great visit to The Ballantyne Resort
I brought my mom to the Ballantyne Resort for the first time, on this visit, and she LOVED it there. The room service was fantastic and The Ballantyne Resort made it a perfect weekend in Charlotte.
