Great Hotel
Our room was ready upon checkin and we were duly impressed. Everything worked! No complaints. They offer a great hot breakfast buffet which was wonderful. Would definitely stay here next time in Greenville.

Great Greenville Hotel
The Greenville Holiday Inn Express staff are exceptional. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, remembered a phone conversation about the reservation, and were very helpful with our small requests during our stay. The breakfast menu varied each day and the staff again were very courteous, personable and were genuinely full of "Southern Hospitality". I’ve stayed in lots of hotels similar to this one where you are just another "guest" passing through and shown little warmth. Greenville Holiday Inn Express was not that! Great location and prices.

Late night arrival problem
I chose this hotel as I knew I would have a very late night arrival - the ad said 24 hr. front desk. True....but the doors were locked, no one was at the front and I had to bang on the doors ( and call) for about 10 min. before getting a live person. Not fun at 2 AM after driving for hours.
