Calm and near sub-way
I have spent a total of 3 months on business trips in Munich. Office is in the South side so having had enough of Holliday Inn South I searched for a a) calm b) near sub-way exit c) cosy hotel which I think to have found here. Beware meanwhile that in the summer their is a terrace of the popular italian restaurant that can create some noise until 11-12pm depending on your room location. Beyond that is a non-intrusive, practical and convenient hotel with nice inside garden.

Easy stay
Excellent central location very close to pubilc transport system so no need for a car in the city. Would be a great hotel location for attending the Oktoberfest! Select a room facing the courtyard with small balcony. It is peaceful on this side.

Great Stay!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk gave us tips on which club/restaurants to check out...and to top it off, printed us directions and a map. Our room was spacious and had a little kitchenette. We slept with the balcony window/door open and it was soo refreshing. A little rain in the summer was even nice. Free wifi in the lobby and the U-bahn subway was very accessible, it was on our block.
Across the street from the hotel is a MamaPapa italian restaurant ran by a very nice italian family. The food was delicious, authentic, and price was super inexpensive for what we got! Loved it! We went back 3 times. The pasta arriabata was delicious. I was looking for something not on the menu, and they were willing to cook what it was I was describing. So great!
