NICE FAMILY HOTEL,COULD USE MORE HELP IN THE FOOD SECTION,DON’T ORDER DRINKS, YOU COULD RENT BAR-B-QUE PITS,SWIMMING POOL IS WONDERFUL,RECEPTION EMPLOYEES WONDERFUL, THE ICE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK AS FAST AS IT SHOULD, BUT NEXT TO HOTEL THERE IS A STORE TO BUY BEER AND SODAS AND SNACKS. VERY CLOSE TO A 3 SUPER MARKET HEB,SORIANNA,GIGANTE. BATHROOM TO ME NEEDED CLEANING BUT I ALWAYS CARRY CLOROX CLEANER AND ALCOHOL, AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT COLD ENOUGH,

Great Deal in Nuevo Laredo
This hotel was safe. It was a great deal! We went in the winter, so we didn’t get to use the pool. The service was good, and the room was clean. THe bathrooms were nice. The carpet could have been updated, but, other than that, it was great!
