Good Location
The airport and downtown Pittsburgh are both very close so the convenience of getting around was good. Access to the freeway entrance and exit are just down the street so it was easy to manuver around the area.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Robinson Town Center which is a huge mall and complex is abount 10-15 minutes away and has many shops and various restaurants to choose from.

Nice Room, Slim Amenties
The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The restaurant and room service were lacking in choices especially for those arriving in the late evening hours. The choice of drinks and snacks was limited and very costly. The front desk staff that worked in the evening when we checked in could barely crack a smile and were obviously irritated by the repeated phone calls and people coming to the front desk. The morning staff were very friendly.
