Nice clean hotel
Nice clean hotel, reasonably priced food in hotel restaurant like a very good burger and fries for $8-9. Only negative is they no longer have free shuttle so you need car to go anywhere and there are no other restaurants or anything within walking distance. This hotel has indoor waterpark for kids so there are alot of kids there on weekends and seems like business travelers hotel during week.
Use Alpha Taxi if you are coming from airport. They have flat rate negotiated with hotel that is cheaper than any taxi you just step into at ORD.

Average Hotel, Staff not particularly friendly
This was overall just an average hotel. It could definitely use some renovation. Good place to bring kids and, I assume, with that in mind that they don’t think it is worth the investment to update the conditions.
