Poor attitude, poorly restocked
Many items missing from suite, eg, forks, cups, plates, dishwashing soap. (Sloppy restocking.) Air conditioning barely worked. Screen was missing from window, bitten by mosquitoes. Sofa bed was not made up. Desk staff person, "Jackie," was indifferent and unapologetic.

Not a good deal
Hotel very out of date. Since this is really an extended stay place, there is no daily maid service. The light outside my room was very dim and I requested (3x!!)that the flourescent bulb be changed, but it never was taken care of. The TV remote did not work - the next day I went to the front desk to get a replacement and was told that someone neglected to put the correct code into the remote that is why it didn’t work. (I was given a different one). Bathroom did not have the usual amenities such as shampoo and lotion. Sofa in room very old - needs new upholstery and cushions. Would not stay here again.
