Not on my list of places to revisit - EVER!
I am glad I scheduled only one day in Williamsburg. To be honest if someone told me that Walt Disney designed and built Williamsburg I would not be surprised. The town has an ersatz quality and compares very poorly with the cities of Charleston and Savannah that I also visited on this trip. Purely a destination to siphon the money from travelers pockets. They even try to charge you just to walk around the various quarters of the town.
Never. :)

I would stay here again if Im ever back in this area.
We were within walking distance of several restaurants and just minutes away from the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors center. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly. We did a lot of walking and when we got back to our room it was nice to have a comfortable bed waiting. The continental breakfast was comparible to most hotels this size... We had a great time and would stay here if we ever get back to this area...
If you are a history buff and have never been to Historic Williamsburg, this is a must see... The Visitors Center should be your first stop as they are extremely helpful. The players in the historic area bring you back in time as you become a fellow Virginian in the 1600s. Follow the agenda and the map of the town and they act out situations from the era in progression up to and including the reading of the Declaration of Independence... I had goose bumps on my goose bumps... In Yorktown Visitors Center, for $5 you can purchase a cd and do the driving tour of the battlefield... If you are a history buff, it is an awesome ride...

Nice, quiet stay.
The hotel was in a good location for our travel sites. It was quiet and had ample parking so there wasnt a problem. Places to eat were in a close proximity plus the continental breakfast was very nice. Questions to the staff resulted in pleasant responses and all were very helpful. My overall stay was enjoyable. Internet access was a little slow, but not a problem, really.
