Excellent Hotel
This hotel went way beyond our expectations. The staff was amazing; very attentive and helpful in every circumstance. They let us borrow a mouse for our laptop and use some items from the buffet area for our take out food. The hotel is new and clean, the sink is separate from the shower/toilet room, the bed is comfortable and everything worked well in our room. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and was kept tidy and well stocked. The room we were in faced the back of the hotel, which is a wooded hillside, therefore it was quite and pretty with changing leaves in the fall. I highly recommend this hotel!

Holiday Inn Express-Durham, NC-Miami Blvd
I have stayed at this hotel nearly a dozen times this year. On October 19, my rental car window was shattered and my GPS and several power cords were stolen. I understand that the hotel is not responsible, but I found it unprofessional that the hotel didn’t apologize for the theft and for not having a worthy outside security system. In general there was no feeling of regret nor was there an offered apology for the incident. I will NOT be staying in this location again, and may never frequent Holiday Inn Express’s again. In close, I feel my patronage is worthy of better treatment especially as one of their more dedicated customers!!

Best HIEXpress
This HIExpress is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The check-in was efficient, hotel was clean and new, and breakfast was complete and included with the stay. Our room was very clean and quiet. While on the main floor using the business center, the front desk clerk offered me freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. Very close to the RDU Airport and sites in the Raleigh-Durham area. I would definitely stay here again.
