Don’t bother with this hotel
Don’t bother with this hotel...We had a confirmed reservation specifying a non-smoking room with twin beds, but were given a smoking room with a double bed (though this was rectified after we complained). Then the air conditioning was substandard, keeping the temperature just barely below the hot outside temperature. The hotel swimming pool was so full of chlorine that it was disgusting to use. We were very disappointed in this place, especially having spent time in other hotels in Portugal for less money that gave us far superior comfort!

Nothing special
Although the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was in an odd location, and clean, but not special. Very close to the airport and the Metro, but otherwise not where you want to be in Lisbon.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Take the Blue line bus tour, see the Castel, go inside the churches, and climb the towers. Around every corner is a new and more beautiful view.

Very comfortable
Very impressed with this hotel. Right across the street from the Oriente train station and close to the airport. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
