Syracuse’s Best
My husband and I combined a business and pleasure trip to the Syracuse area and took a chance booking this Crest Hill Suites as we had never heard of this hotel. It was superb! Quiet - despite a sports team being there our first night; full breakfast with real dishes and a conscience about throw-aways and plastic overuse. The suite was extremely well-equipped with a full kitchen, sitting room, and nice bathroom and bedroom. The location was away from the highway, in a business park setting although very easy to find from I90. The staff was very accomodating. I called the hotel almost a week later about an item of clothing that I had left behind; they located it immediately and must have shipped it that day or the next because it was at my home very quickly (and at no cost to me.) Stay here if you can.

Cresthill Suites in Syracuse.......A+
We were not familiar with Cresthill Suites, but after locating it on your site, booked a room for one night. We had a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a great place to stay convenient to Carrier Circle.

Great deal off season
I’ve stayed here before but find it’s difficult to get a good price during the summer season. During the off season it’s a great deal - like a studio apartment with luxury bedding for a great price! Only two regrets on this past stay - 1) The toilet was not clean (though the rest of the room was) when I arrived and 2) airport shuttle service is only during the work week and I needed it Sunday morning causing me to burn up more money than expected. Overall, a great place, though.
Wonderful place for family of 5 with plenty of room.
