adequate hotel
Staff very friendly. The hotel a bit out of the way. However a plus it that if you need to open your windows its not smack in the middle of city center where it is smelly and noisy.
Traveler's tip on dining
Abadia is a great restaurant. I highly recommend it . As for Simon!. The seafood rice or "arroz con mariscos" is incredible. A small portion good for two.

Cool
The Hotel is far ten minutes by foot from historical places of Porto. In the night appears dangerous but I had not problems. Taxi from the principal bridge over River Douro to the hotel is about 8 Euros. If you want to spend this amount the hotel is ok. The Staff is friendly. You will pay 2,5 euros for locker and 6 euros for parking.
