Special Check-In Instructions
The on-site check-in office is open 7 AM-11 PM. Guests arriving after 11 PM must use the courtesy phone at the recreation office to receive the access code for the lockbox, which will contain keys and guest information.
As of December 14, 2009, guests will check in at ResortQuest Miramar Beach Office, 11125 US-HWY 98 W, Miramar Beach, Fl. 32550. Open Monday through Friday 9 AM-5 PM. Guestrooms are available after 3 PM. From early 2010, guests will be contacted by this resort prior to arrival with check-in details. Guests must ensure the telephone number used in the booking process is correct. Guests who do not hear from the property within 3 days of arrival should contact the resort using the number on the booking confirmation.
The guest making the reservation must occupy the rental the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
